EveryChild Contact Services
At EveryChild, we believe that every child matters. When family breakdown occurs, children do not have to miss out because parents don’t get along. We aim to provide a neutral environment that is safe, secure and friendly for children to meet with parents and family members with whom they no longer have contact. We always work in the best interest of the child by holding the child in mind. We provide stimulating toys, educational games and books that reflects the diverse needs of the children that come to our centre.
We work under the remit of the, Every Child Matters objectives, to be; healthy, stay safe, enjoy & achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic well-being.

This may also require us to report the concerns to Children services.

Prior to each contact session the contact staff will meet with the resident parent and the child to get an update on any issues or concerns that they would like the non-resident parent to know.
At the end of each contact staff will give feedback to the non-resident parent on how they felt contact had gone and what could be done to improve if this is needed. The child’s wishes and feelings will be ascertained to establish how they felt depending on age and understanding.
